Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Rainnicious! We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Return and Exchange
- We accept returns and exchanges within 2 days from the date of delivered.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet one of the following reasons:
1. Received wrong item or colour.
2. Received product with major visible defects that affects overall appearance.
The returned item(s) must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns for minor imperfections such as slight measurements differences (0.5”-1”), or slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences.
- These are not considered defects and are common in mass-produced clothing.
2. Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges or store credits will be provided for eligible items.
- If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned item.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange**
- Please contact our customer service team at our social media page(FB/IG) or whatsapp(0105333400) within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
4. Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received by us.
5. Processing Time
- Please allow up to 1-2 business days for us to process your return or exchange once we receive the item(s).
- We will notify you once your exchange or store credit has been processed.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items without the original tags attached.
- Final sale items (if applicable).
